About Connor: Connor Eck is the Founder and Principal Agent of Tea. He spent 8 years at Lucinda Literary as an Agent and Chief Operating Officer. Connor began his career at The Weinstein Company and then as a production assistant for CBS Television Studios. He majored in English at Union College, where he was quarterback and captain of the football team and wrote a screenplay for his thesis that became a finalist selection at the Woods Hole Film Festival.
