2 Literary Agents Actively Seeking Sci-Fi, Romance, Fantasy, Memoir, Thrillers and more

Here are two established agents actively looking for writers. Anjali Singh (Anjali Singh Agency) is seeking literary fiction, memoir, and narrative nonfiction as well as representing graphic novel writers and illustrators. Tricia Skinner (Fuse Literary) is looking adult, young adult and middle grade in these core categories: science fiction, romance, and fantasy.

About Anjali: Anjali Singh founded her agency in 2024. Previously, an agent at Ayesha Pande Literary for nine years, she has also worked as an editor at Vintage Books, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt,  Simon + Schuster and as Editorial Director of Other Press. She is best known for having championed Marjane Satrapi's Persepolis after stumbling across it on a visit to Paris. She has always been drawn to the thrill of discovering new writers and among the literary novelists whose careers she helped launch are Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Samantha Hunt, Saleem Haddad and Nawaaz Ahmed.

About Tricia: Tricia is an writer herself, author of the Angel Assassins trilogy and is represented by her fellow Fuse agent, Laurie McLean. Tricia is an assistant agent with McLean and she is also a project manager for Short Fuse Publishing. Tricia started writing as a business reporter for several publications, including The Houston Chronicle, MSN, and Investor’s Business Daily, before transitioning into media relations and then game industry relations.

What she is seeking:  Adult, young adult and middle grade fiction in these core categories: science fiction, romance, and fantasy. All subgenres in those categories are encouraged.
