One thing is does ...This is an interesting warning. One thing is does not cover is the tendency for journals to demand a period of 'exclusive right on copyright' say three or six months from date of publication and then to delay ( in my case by nearly six months) publishing what they have accepted! OR to publish what they have paid nothing for, and then to charge to read it!
